Trade Sound Represents Co-Op; Desert Hard Rock
Great things have been happening since my last post. Alice Coopers Christmas Pudding was a huge success. A post con meeting was held with great ideas to bring back the crew next year and create an even better experience. 2015 will be the 15th year of pudding. Our announcement for 2015; Trade Sound Productions is proud to represent the Arizona based band Co-Op. Co-Op is fronted by lead singer Dash Cooper. Dash is the son of legendary Alice Cooper and brings a unique style of flash and class to the group. Lead guitarist Court Stump brings individuality and mad talent. Drummer Mark Savale is impressive, and an instructor of up and coming drummers at Alice Coopers Solid Rock in Phoenix. The stage show is not complete without Scot Savale big brother to Mark. His stage flare does not go unnoticed. New comer to the band Justin, is proving his talent and place in the band. TSP started off the year strong booking shows and festivals. We have reached out to the local music scene to bring a larger fan base to the band. Co-Op has put full faith in our companies abilities and the venture is off to a great start. First show out of the gate was at Pub Rock Live on January 17th, promoted by Condemned Entertainment. The draw was huge as this was Co-Ops first show of 2015. The band played there top five songs, closing with their hit, “Never Whisper the Truth”. The response of the crowd and the other bands to play that night was positive and encouraging that great things are on the horizon. Next up Co-Op will back up Alice Cooper at Alice Coopers Town Down town on January 31st.. The Blooze Bar in Phoenix hosts Co-Op with Micheal Nitro on February 7th. Co-Op will also open for Beasto Blanco at Coopers town in March, and is playing the Ostrich Festival with Alice. The calendar is becoming packed. Jeremy is at the helm running sound at each show and making sure the production is to perfection. The band is scheduled to release their new EP and has finished up recording at Mike Bolenbach’s Full Well Studio in Phoenix. Its amazing what can happen with talent, faith, love of music, and a passion for the stage. The fans reaction is growing and impressive.

It is so cool that you are apart of the beginnings of this band. I have total respect for you and your husband. It must not be easy to do what you do. I will definitely be looking out for this band and can't wait to hear some amazing things from them!
ReplyDeleteI'm inspired by your journey thus far. I have recently began managing a couple of artists. One is my neighbor who plays drums for a Creole-American band. I would be interested in gaining more insight about your journey. For example, what does it take to put together a show? How much work would go into managing an entire band? I anticipate what's next for your team.
ReplyDeleteWe have a very unique situation in that we own a production company. For the artist, this means they can play "fully contained". We have 2 RCF line array systems, and a Midas pro one board, among a vast inventory of gear. We can also provide back-line to touring artists. My husband is an A1 audio engineer and has worked with more artists I can name. It's exciting! We have been part of the Phoenix music scene for about 15 years, so currently to book shows I just reach out to my contacts. On a local level, and because of the Internet, managing a band is not that much work, so far anyway. I think it depends on how motivated the band is to work themselves.
ReplyDeleteHi Barbi, It is great to see hw much you are helping out this band. I have friends here and maybe we can help get you booked in the eastern Tennessee area with Dave price at 4rpromo@facebook.com.
